Terms and Conditions governing “The Big Welcome” Promotion

1. 1. The promoter is Dublin Airport Authority plc with registered office at Dublin Airport, Dublin, registered in Ireland under company number 9401 (“DAA”).



2. 2. The DAA “The Big Welcome” promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to entrants aged 18 years or over (proof of entrant’s age may be required). DAA’s employees and those of any of its associated companies, employees of any agencies associated with this Promotion and the owners and employees of participating outlets/premises are not eligible to enter (or otherwise participate) in this Promotion.



3. 3. To qualify for entry, entrants must log onto www.dublinairport.com or www.corkairport.com. Entrants must complete the entry criteria as specified on the official The Big Welcome competition pages on www.dublinairport.com or www.corkairport.com. The Promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or application automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will not be accepted.



4. 4. Entry into the Promotion shall be deemed to be full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and forfeiture of the prize. All participation instructions form part of these terms and conditions.



5. 5. The Promotion will run from 00:00 on Monday 11 th March to 24:00 on Friday 15 th March 2013 inclusive. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted Entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.]



6. 6. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are not received by DAA in accordance with these terms and conditions for any reason whatsoever.



7. 7. The prize offered is as stated in this paragraph 7. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of the stated prize other than at the discretion of DAA, whose decision in any such event shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize package is as follows:
   
   Prize one – Competition date - Monday 11 th March. One return economy flight to Ireland from any overseas airport for up to and a maximum of 6 people. Only one return flight per individual is allowed. Up to 6 different individuals must be nominated. One week (7 days/6 nights) self catering accommodation in Clomantagh Castle, Freshford, Co. Kilkenny, an Irish Landmark Trust property. A voucher for €5000 for irishhotels.com. Car hire for two consecutive weeks. A maximum of 2 cars per week will be made available. Vehicle make and model will be stated by DAA. All inbound flights, stay in Irish Landmark Trust property and car hire must be completed within 3 consecutive weeks. All elements of the prize, including irishhotels.com voucher must be redeemed before 31 st December 2013. The holiday will be organised by a third party provider engaged by DAA. Valid passports, visas (if required) and travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner.
   
   Prize two – Competition date – Tuesday 12 th March. One return economy flight to Ireland from any overseas airport for up to and a maximum of 6 people. Only one return flight per individual. Up to 6 different individuals must be nominated. One week (7 days/6 nights) accommodation in Merrion Mews, Dublin, Ireland, an Irish Landmark Trust property for up to and a maximum of 6 people,. A voucher for €5000 for irishhotels.com. Car hire for two consecutive weeks. A maximum of 2 cars per week will be made available. Vehicle make and model will be stated by DAA. All inbound flights, stay in Irish Landmark Trust property and car hire must be completed within 3 consecutive weeks.    Prize three – Competition date – Wednesday 13 th March. One return economy flight to Ireland from any overseas airport for up to and a maximum of 6 people. Only one return flight per individual. Up to 6 different individuals must be nominated. One week (7 days/6 nights) accommodation inThe Round House at Castletown, Cellbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland, an Irish Landmark Trust property for up to and a maximum of 6 people. A voucher for €5000 for irishhotels.com. Car hire for two consecutive weeks. A maximum of 2 cars will be made available. Vehicle make and model will be stated by DAA. All inbound flights, stay in Irish Landmark Trust property and car hire must be completed within 3 consecutive weeks. All elements of the prize, including irishhotels.com voucher must be redeemed before 31 st December 2013. The holiday will be organised by a third party provider engaged by DAA. Valid passports, visas (if required) and travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner..
   
   Prize four – Competition date – Thursday 14 th March. One return economy flight to Ireland from any overseas airport for up to and a maximum of 6 people. Only one return flight per individual. Up to 6 different individuals must be nominated. One week (7 days/6 nights) accommodation in Galley Head Lightkeeper’s House, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, Ireland, an Irish Landmark Trust property, for up to and a maximum of 6 people. A voucher for €5000 for irishhotels.com. Car hire for two consecutive weeks. A maximum of 2 cars will be made available. Vehicle make and model will be stated by DAA. All inbound flights, stay in Irish Landmark Trust property and car hire must be completed within 3 consecutive weeks. All elements of the prize, including irishhotels.com voucher must be redeemed before 31 st December 2013. The holiday will be organised by a third party provider engaged by DAA. Valid passports, visas (if required) and travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner.
   
   Prize five – Competition date – Friday 15 th March. One return economy flight to Ireland from any overseas airport for up to and a maximum of 6 people. Only one return flight per individual. Up to 6 different individuals must be nominated. One week (7 days/6 nights) accommodation in the Beit Residence and Garden Apartment, Russborough House, County Wicklow, Ireland, Ireland, an Irish Landmark Trust property, for up to and a maximum of 6 people. A voucher for €5000 for irishhotels.com. Car hire for two consecutive weeks. A maximum of 2 cars will be made available. Vehicle make and model will be stated by DAA. All inbound flights, stay in Irish Landmark Trust property and car hire must be completed within 3 consecutive weeks. All elements of the prize, including irishhotels.com voucher must be redeemed before 31 st December 2013. The holiday will be organised by a third party provider engaged by DAA. Valid passports, visas (if required) and travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner.



8. 8. The attention of entrants is specifically drawn to the fact that the facilities the subject of the prize may be outside of the control of DAA. DAA shall use its reasonable endeavours to make available to the winner the prize as stipulated at the time of the Promotion but reserves the right to offer a cash alternative in lieu of the stated prize as it deems appropriate. Where appropriate, the prize winner is required to complete all applicable booking and/or other formalities directly with the relevant third party provider(s). DAA reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes, including dates, are subject to availability.



9. 9. One winner will be selected each day at random from all correct and valid entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions by means of a draw under the supervision of an independent observer. The draw will take place each day from Tuesday 12 th March to Saturday 16 th March 2013. The winners will be contacted by DAA and/or a third party provider engaged by DAA by e-mail or telephone to inform him of his win and to arrange the applicable booking and/or other formalities associated with the prize.



10. 10. The winner is deemed to have consented to the publication of his name and county by participating in this Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation the entrant’s name and/or likeness, voice, photographs and/or video footage of the entrant, biographical information provided by the entrants/winner and/or any statement made by them concerning the Promotion and/or prize.



11. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.



12. 12. DAA or any of its employees, affiliates or agents shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from the enjoyment of the prize. The winner will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the prize. DAA cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties.



13. 13. DAA or any of its employees, affiliates or agents shall not be liable to a winner for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether direct, indirect or consequential (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out or in connection with the Promotion and/or prize other than death or personal injury caused by the negligence of DAA or any of its employees, affiliates or agents.



14. 14. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner or the winner declines the prize, DAA will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.



15. 15. All personal data captured by DAA will be held in electronic format and will be used to select and administer the winners to our Promotion.



16. 16. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of the Promotion the decision of DAA will be final. Neither DAA nor its affiliated entities or agents are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to the Promotion; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction. DAA reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or vary Promotion rules at any time without prior notice.



17. 17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

DAA respects your privacy rights. By participating in the Promotion you consent to the processing of your personal data as described above. Unless you have given your consent for additional uses of your information, DAA will only make use of and process the personal data you have provided to DAA to the extent and for the time necessary to run this Promotion and as set out above in the above terms and conditions. For the above purpose your personal data may be disclosed to our service providers, agents, regulatory bodies and to our auditors. However DAA will not otherwise transfer your personal data to any third party or use/process your personal data for any other purposes unless you have given your consent to this.
