With the summer holiday season in full swing, management at Cork Airport has completed a review of passenger figures for June 2007 which show an overall increase of 9.5% compared with the same month last year.
“We’re glad to see the travelling public using the new facilities at Cork Airport in such increased numbers”, said Cork Airport Marketing Manager, Kevin Cullinane. “Our challenge is to continue to offer a quality airport travel experience to the best international standards,” he added.
The 9.5% increase in passenger figures relates to an increase of 27,384 passengers using Cork Airport last month compared with June 2006.
