Things to do here
Málaga is a delightfully compact city that is easy to get around on foot. The main shopping street is the marble-paved Marqués de Larios and the beaches are within walking distance of everywhere - the sweeping arc of fine sand that is the Playa de la Malagueta is only a 10 minute walk from downtown. The city’s architecture reflects its Moorish heritage and the Romans left their mark on the ancient city also. Malaga, as befits a regional capital, is also a city with a vibrant restaurant scene and one that likes to party late.
