Increased Frequencies on Four Services from Cork Airport

Aer Arann today announced details of its Aer Lingus Regional summer 2012 flight schedule which sees the return of popular sun destinations Cork-Rennes with an additional frequency and also Cork-Jersey. There will be increased frequencies as well on its Cork-Manchester, Cork-Edinburgh and Cork-Birmingham services.

Aer Lingus Regional, operated by Aer Arann has a strong presence at Cork Airport and services will connect Cork directly to Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Rennes and Jersey. There will be almost 60 flights each week to these 7 destinations in the UK, Channel Islands and France this summer.

Due to strong demand, summer 2012 will see the Aer Lingus Regional Cork-Rennes flight frequency double to twice-weekly services. The weekly Saturday flights will operate from 5th May to 8th September with an additional Tuesday service operating from 12th June to 4th September. Aer Arann is also re-introducing its popular Aer Lingus Regional Cork-Jersey service for summer 2012. It will operate twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 5th May to 9th September with flights also starting from just €45.99 on

From 1st May, Aer Lingus Regional, operated by Aer Arann will offer business and leisure passengers greater choice and flexibility with the introduction of more convenient schedules on three key UK regional services: Cork-Manchester flights increase from 14 to 16 round trips per week; Cork-Edinburgh increases from 7 to 11 round trips per week while Cork-Birmingham services increase from 14 to 17 round trips per week.
