Pre-Booked Car Parking

Can I cancel my online pre-booking if my flight is cancelled, delayed or deferred before I arrive at the airport and enter the car park?
Can I cancel my online pre-booking if my outbound flight is cancelled, deferred or delayed due to current adverse weather after I arrive and enter the car park at Cork Airport?
