About Frankfurt:

A high-powered finance and business hub, Frankfurt is home to one of the world’s largest stock exchanges and headquarters of the European Central Bank. Though that's not all Frankfurt has to offer, it's also a vibrant, diverse and charming city, featuring world-renowned museums, art galleries and lush green gardens.

Things to do here:

Römer City Hall Culture

The Römer is a medieval building in the old town of Frankfurt and one of the city's most important landmarks. It continues to be the seat of the city's Lord Mayor to this day.

Museumsufer Museums

Running along the banks of the main river, this unique boulevard of cultural institutions comprises first-class museums presenting everything from applied arts, film and architecture to art, Jewish history and ancient sculptures.

Frankfurt City Forest Outdoor

Frankfurt City Forest (Stadtwald) spreads out over more than 5,000 hectares – making the city one of Germany’s most wooded urban areas. A 450-kilometre-long network of paths offers walkers, runners, cyclists and hikers ample opportunity for getting out and about.

Frankfurt Christmas Market Market

Frankfurt is home to one of the oldest Christmas Markets in Germany with market activity dating back to 1393. The focal point of the market is the Römerberg old town, which provides a scenic backdrop with its historical timber-frame buildings.
