Cork Airport has announced increased frequency on Ryanair’s Cork to Stansted route for winter 2014. The increase will see Ryanair’s Cork to Stansted route increase to 3 flights daily from 2 flights daily.

To celebrate its London Stansted winter schedule Ryanair has released 100,000 seats for sale across its European network, at prices from €19.99 for travel in April and May. These low fare seats are available for booking until midnight Thursday March 20.

Speaking about the increased service, Cork Airport Managing Director said, “Cork Airport welcomes this excellent response by Ryanair to strong consumer demand for additional flights to London from Cork. This increase will see the number of daily flights from Cork to Stansted grow by 50%. The extra capacity will be hugely beneficial for tourism and business connectivity across the wider south of Ireland region.”
