Ryanair’s First Cork To Budapest, Poznan And Malta Flights Take Off

Ryanair today celebrated the first flights on its new twice-weekly Cork to Budapest, Poznan and Malta services. Ryanair’s Cork summer schedule includes 22 routes in total, with five new routes to Budapest, Poznan, Malta, London Luton and Naples.

Cork Airport Managing Director Niall MacCarthy stated: “Cork Airport is delighted to see the start of Ryanair’s new destinations at the start of a very busy summer season ahead which will ensure the airline grows by +17% at Cork this year.

“March was another month of strong growth at Cork Airport cementing our position as Ireland’s fastest growing and most punctual airport.”

To mark the start of these new Cork Airport routes and the official launch of the summer season, Ryanair has released seats from Cork at prices starting from just €24.99, for travel until June.

Ryanair’s Alejandra Ruiz said: “We’re pleased to officially launch our new twice-weekly services from Cork to Budapest, Poznan and Malta. To celebrate the start of these new routes, we are releasing seats on sale from €24.99, for travel until June, which are only available for booking on the Ryanair.com website until midnight on Sunday (April 7).”
